Thay đổi kiến thức tuân thủ điều trị thuốc kháng virus sau can thiệp giáo dục sức khỏe ở người bệnh viêm gan B mạn tính tại phòng khám ngoại trú Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Nam Định. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp được thực hiện từ tháng 03/2019 - 06/2019 trên 50 người bệnh được chẩn đoán viêm gan virus B mạn tính đến khám và điều trị tại Phòng khám ngoại trú Bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Nam Định. Các đối tượng được phỏng vấn trực tiếp bằng bảng hỏi thiết kế sẵn gồm 22 câu, tối đa có 34 ý đúng mỗi ý được 1 điểm, kiến thức ở mức đạt khi trả lời đúng ≥ 50% tiêu chí ≥ 17 điểm. Kết quả: Điểm trung bình kiến thức của người bệnh tham gia nghiên cứu trước can thiệp là 13,72 ± 6,1 trên tổng 34 điểm của thang điểm, sau can thiệp là 30,34 ± 2,4. Kết luận: Kiến thức chung của người bệnh về tuân thủ điều trị thuốc kháng virus viêm gan B mạn tính đã có sự thay đổi rõ rệt, cụ thể người bệnh đã hiểu biết hơn về việc tuân thủ điều trị thuốc kháng virus với mức điểm sau can thiệp là 30,34 ± 2,4.
To change knowledge the antivirus drugs adherence after health education interventions on out-patient with chronic hepatitis B in the Nam Dinh General Hospital. Method: The intervention study was conducted from 3/2019 to 11/2019 on 50 patients diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B virus who came for examination and treatment at the Out-patient Clinic of Nam Dinh General Hospital.
