Thử nghiệm lâm sàng cắt bè củng mạc kết hợp với Ologen trên bệnh nhân Glôcôm

Purpose: Evaluate the outcome of trabeculectomy with ologen implant at glaucoma department of Ho Chi Minh city eye hospital. Methods: Prospective clinical trial, non comparable study on 20 cases of acute angle-closure (AAC) and primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) which had the indication for trabeculectomy from 9/2012. Preoperative, 1 week, 1, 3, 6,9 and 12 month post-operative date was collected, including: IOP (Goldmann), bleb evaluation - according to Moorjields Bleb Grading System (MBGS) and complications of the operation.
