Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên tổng số 3776 bệnh nhân điều trị nội trú tại khoa Thần kinh sọ não từ tháng 1/2022 – 12/2023. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình là 62,20 ± 12,48. Giới tính nam chiếm ưu tế với 64,0%. Phần lớn bệnh nhân có hộ khẩu ngoài TP. HCM (72,7%) và dân tộc kinh (96,0%). 92,2% bệnh nhân vào viện với chẩn đoán nhồi máu não. Thời gian điều trị trung bình 20,52 ± 11,95. Bệnh nhân xuất viện với tình trạng đỡ chiếm tỷ lệ rất cao (93,7%). Kết luận: Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân nhồi máu não điều trị nội trú tại khoa Thần kinh sọ não chiếm tỷ lệ thấp trong nghiên cứu.

Materials and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study on the total population 3776 patients treated inpatient at the Department of Neurology, Ho Chi Minh city hospital for rehabilitation - professional diseases from January 2022 - December 2023. Results: Mean age was 62.20 ± 12.48 years. Male gender predominates with 64.0%. Most patients have residence outside the Ho Chi Minh city (72.7%) and Kinh people (96.0%). 92.2% of patients were admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Average treatment time 20.52 ± 11.95. A very high percentage of patients were discharged from the hospital in improved condition (93.7%). Conclusions: The rate of patients with cerebral infarction treated inpatient at the Department of Cranial Neurology is low in the study.
