Study objectives aim to 1) describe real situation of human resource participating in the activity of examination and treatment of Thai Binh Traditional Medicine Hospital during 2009-2011; 2) describe the real situation of infra structure, equipment and traditional medicine serving for examination and treatment of Thaibinh traditional medicine hospital from 2009-2011. Methodology: describe and cross-sectional study. Study objects including health staff participating directly in examination and treatment service, the reports and documents. Results: During period of 2009-2011, number of health staffs are slightly increasing, however their knowledge and skills haven't changed significantly. The investment on infrastructure and traditional medical herbs and drug are reducing while investment for equipment has been increased. Conclusion: the resource serving for examination and treatment of Thai Binh traditional medical hospital has been invested enough even been decreased during 2009-2011.
