Objectives: Research some factors related to results of in vitro fertilization of patients who were poor response to ovarian stimulation in NHOG. Methods: The retrospedjve study desclibed the profile of 612 in vitro fertilization patients in NHOG who were diagnosed as poor responder to ovatian stimulation in one year from January, 2011 to December, 2011. Results: The average age of patients was 34.65 percent + or - 4.78; mean FSH in the 3th day is 7.43x2.89 mIU/ml; average of oestradiol (E2) in the 3th day was 64.16 + or - 4.69 pg/ml Antral follide count (AFC) was 6.21 + or 3.58. Pregnancy rate of poor responder group was 16.46 percent. cyde cancellation rate was 8.66 percent. For patients under 35 years old, the pregnancy rate was 2.06 times higher than the group of patients who were older than 35. Group of patients with FSH levels 10 mIU/ml in the 3th day has pregnancy rate 2.87 times higher compared with group which had FSH levels 10 mJU/ml in the 3th day, the dinical pregnancy rate in group which AFC 5 was 2.34 times higher than the group which AFC 5; and the pregnancy rate of group whose lining of the uterus thickness 10 mm is 2.34 times higher than those 10 mm. Condusions: Age, level of FSH in the 3th day, AFC; lining of the uterus thickness are prognostic factors of poor response and dosely relate to the results of vitro fertilization.
