Đánh giá tình trạng kháng kháng sinh của vi khuẩn Klebsiella pneumoniae gây nhiễm khuẩn huyết ở các bệnh nhân mới nhập viện điều trị tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Đa khoa Nghệ An. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 246 bệnh nhân nhiễm khuẩn mới vào điều trị tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Đa khoa Nghệ An có kết quả nuôi cấy máu dương tính tại thời điểm nhập viện từ tháng 9/2021 đến tháng 9/2023. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ nhiễm khuẩn huyết do Klebsiella pneumoniae chiếm 17,1%. Theo nguồn nhiễm khuẩn: Hô hấp 19,4%; tiêu hoá 22,5%; tiết niệu 6,1%; mô mềm 8.3%; đường mật 20%; máu 25%. Kháng kháng sinh của vi khuẩn Klebsiella pneumonia: kháng meropenem 19%; Piperacillin 21,4%; Cotrimoxazol 40%; doxycycline 39%; levofloxacin 25%; ciprofloxacin 28,6%; Cefepime 30%. Tỉ lệ MDR của Klebsiella pneumoniae là 40,2% và tỉ lệ sinh ESBL (+) của Klebsiella pneumoniae là 19%. Kết luận: Tình trạng đề kháng kháng sinh của những bệnh nhân đã có nhiễm khuẩn huyết do Klebsiella pneumoniae lúc mới nhập viện điều trị tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Đa khoa Nghệ An đang có xu hướng gia tăng.

Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study on 246 new infectious patients treated at Nghe An General Friendship Hospital with positive blood culture results at the time of admission from September 2021 to September 2023. Results: The rate of septicemia due to Klebsiella pneumoniae accounts for 17.1%. By source of infection: Respiratory 19.4%; digestion 22.5%; urinary tract 6.1%; soft tissue 8.3%; biliary tract 20%; blood 25%.
