Eye injury in allergic disease has left many drug complications and multiple forms. The objective was to describe the early clinical features of allergic patients in the drug - MDLS Allergy Center, Bach Mai hospital from January 8/2010 to March 4/2011 and Initial studies characterized the corneal lesions in patients with Stevens- Johnson syndrome and Lyell drug allergy. Subject assessment on groups of 25 patients were diagnosed as allergy, inpatient treatment at the Department of Allergy - Clinical Immunology, Bach Mai Hospital from January 8/2010 to March 4/2011. Initial preliminary results showed that the way to common allergens as oral drugs (72 percent). It was followed by injection (16 percent). Antibiotics still caused the most common allergens (52 percent), second group of oriental medicine (20 percent). In conclusion, patients with SJS or Lyell syndrome vulnerability common clinical eye in the acute phase as follows: diamond capacitors, conjunctival, hyperemia, mucous hormone, blepharitis 9/9 (100 percent). Corneal damage dotted: 44.44 percent. Sticky eyelids: 22.22 percent. Eye Injury as conjunctivitis outline convergence, or more mucous congestion is not only seen in two Stevens Johnson syndrome and Lyell but also occurs in the other form of allergy.
