U túi nội dịch hay còn gọi là endolymphatic sac tumor là loại u hiếm gặp, nguồn gốc từ biểu mô tuyến của ống, túi nội dịch tai. Chúng tôi ghi nhận, điều trị và báo cáo 1 trường hợp u túi nội dịch bên phải. BN vào viện vì giảm thính lực tai (P) kèm đau đầu nôn kéo dài. Trên phim cắt lớp vi tính và cộng hưởng từ hình ảnh khối u lớn ăn mòn xương chũm, hệ thống xương tai và chèn ép vào vùng góc cầu tiểu não. Bệnh nhân được thực hiện phẫu thuật lấy u theo 3 đường retrosigmoid, đường mổ sau tai và đường mổ sau xương chẩm. Tuy nhiên không thể lấy hết khối u do BN đến ở giai đoạn muộn, khối u đã xâm lấn diện rộng.
Endolymphatic sac tumor is a rare tumor originating from the glandular epithelium of the ear canal and endolymphatic sac. We recorded, treated and reported a case of right endolymphatic sac tumor. The patient was admitted to the hospital because of hearing loss (P) along with persistent headache and vomiting. On computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, the large tumor eroded the mastoid bone, the ear bone system and pressed on the angle area. The patient underwent surgery to remove the tumor using 3 retrosigmoid incisions, the incision behind the ear and the incision behind the occipital bone. However, it was not possible to remove all of the tumor because the patient arrived at a late stage and the tumor had invaded extensively
