Objective: assess imaging and the value of CT scan in diagnosis the etiology of conductive hearing loss with normal eardrum. Methods: 70 patients who are suffering from conductive hearing loss with normal eardrum had a CT scan and surgery. Descriptive prospective study. Results: fenestral otosclerotic foci 30 percent, thickness of the footplate 25.71 percent, lack of ossicular: 22.85 percent, retrotympanic mass: 5.74 percent and foci of calcification 1.42 percent. 14.28 percent no determine the lesion. Otosclesosis, ossicular malformations, tympanosclerosis, tumors of midle ear is the most common causses. Conclusion: CT scan is very useful tool in diagnosis the etiology of conductive hearing loss with normal eardrum.
