Anatomy is the branch of morphology that needs more accessory equipments for studying. Applied technological techniques in teaching and studying are so necessary at the present. There are so many English softwares and programs on the world, however there is still not the Vietnamese language one. Objectives: Making the interaction of anatomical details relationship between images of plastic models and cadavers focusing on lower limb region. Comparison with the figures of Altas Netter Integrating the multiple choice questions with video clips and sounds within software. Making software using Adobe Flash program. DT04 software version A.1.0.1 based on Adobe Flash C54 with 200mb capacity is easy to set up and control. It supports the comparison among of the plastic models, cadavers and Atlas, the anatomy explanations or tips, clinical focus, and anatomic terminology. MCQ tests are easily, supports English and VietNamese language, randomzies questions and answers, giving the hints, and the report. It is still simple software, just focus on the first year students and lower limb. It requires more developments and updates in the future.
