Objective: Evaluate surgical outcome of treatment for patient with otogenic brain abscess. Material and method: patients with cerebellar abscess of otogenic origin was surgically treated with radical mastoidectomy and single abscess drainage. Result: Neuronavigation enables extremely precise brain abscess evacuation by means of a single puncture. Conclusion: Neuronavigation is a safe and effective way in the treatment of otogenic brain abscess which good outcomes and minimized complications such a single aspiration.
