Lymphangiomas are benign tumors resulting from a congenital malformation of the lymphatic system. They are relatively uncommon and usually diagnosed in infancy and early childhood. It is commonly located at head and neck. The huge lymphangioma may present with life - threatening complications. In this report, the authors present a case of lymphangioma that was treated by surgery in 4 year-old patient.
