The authors report a case of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) in an 4 years old child. The clinic diagnostic of this disorder is difficult, it is rare and presentation with otologic symptoms is not specific. The otologic findings in these children, if not investigated study, could easily be attributed to acute or chronic infectious disease. Computed tomography with contrast enhancement of temporal bone proved to be able as a diagnostic study.
