The purpose of this study aims at not just evaluating the clinical effects of electro-acupuncture in combination with the "Trung phong am" remedy in patients with cerebral infarction after the acute stage, but also evaluating the unwanted effects of this drug when taken orally. The authors apply method in study is the open uncontrol treatment. The patients will be treated by electro-acupuncture and "Trung phong am" medicine in a 30-day treatment period. Clinically, the authors evaluate the effectiveness of motor paralysis rehabilitation treatment: and the recovery of patients with cerebral infarction in daily activities after the acute phase. The assessment is based on a number of study indicators: assessing the paraplegia level according to Henry's scale; evaluating personal self-support ability in daily life by Barthel's scale: assessing the state of mobility declination in Rankin's scale; and finally comparing the results before and after treatment. The study also aims to assess the unwanted effects of the "Trung phong am" medicine when taken orally.
