Purpose: anouncing a ACR-criteria well-matched and successfully treated patient. Subject and method: case report of patient Nguyen Manh L. Conclusion: Fibromyalgia can easily diagnosed according to ACR-criteria and can be successfully treated with recommended anti epileptic drugs in combination with amitriptylin.
