
Purpose: To research clinical and paraclinical characteristics in patients having visceral injuries associated with pelvic fractures. To research early result of treatment of them. Method: Retrospective. Results: In 3 years, there were 63 patients having visceral injuries associated with pelvic fractures. Shock in 77,78 percent of patient, 85,7 percent of patient had abdominal guarding, 74,6 percent of patient has swelled abdomen... Computer tomography can diagnose solid organs injuries exactly, it diagnose hollow organs less exact but it help manage patient better. 42 patients were treated by method of conservatibn but 2 of them had to converse to laparotomy. 5 patients were treated by laparoscopy, 16 patients were treated by laparotomy. The result of treatment is good exclusive 3 infected incisions and 2 deads by severe traumatic cranien. Conclusions: Associated visceral injuries of patients with pelvic fracture is very difficult to diagnose due to complicated clinical manifestations. Echography and computer tomography can help diagnose and treat injuries better. The early result of treatment is good.
