The quality of antibiotics distribution of Bac Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company in medical network at the grass-roots level in 2009 was evaluated via factors such as the activities of warehouse and the retail system management The results showed that the warehouse met demands for only 34.6 percent of antibiotics purchase orders. The management of company's retail system had some problems: The rate of antibiotic samples without valid invoices was 41.5 percent; 55.0 percent of antibiotic samples was listed price wrongly, the rate of antibiotic samples without production batch and expiry date being monitored was 95.5 percent and only 47.0 percent of antibiotic purchasers was consulted.
