Mô tả đặc điểm dịch tễ học bệnh nhân nằm viên do COVID-19 tại bệnh viện Đa khoa Đức Giang từ tháng 5/2021 đến tháng 3/2022. Phương pháp: Thiết kế nghiên cứu theo phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang, hồi cứu số liệu. Kết quả: Trong số 4949 ca nằm viện do COVID-19 trong nghiên cứu 54,33% là nam, 45,67% là nữ; 58,72% độ tuổi 16-60 tuổi, 27,68% độ tuổi >60 tuổi và 13,6% độ tuổi 1-15 tuổi; bệnh nhân đầu tiên nằm viện tháng 5/2021 và số lượng bệnh nhân cao nhất vào tháng 2/2022 (1179 ca); 22,33% bệnh nhân nguy kịch và 7,68% tử vong; Có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa độ tuổi và giới tính; độ tuổi và tử vong (p<0,05). Kết luận: Số lượng bệnh nhân cao nhất ở nhóm tuổi 16-60, số lượng bệnh nhân nhiều nhất tháng 2/2022; 22,33% bệnh nhân nguy kịch và 7,68% bệnh nhân tử vong; Có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa độ tuổi và giới tính, độ tuổi và tỷ lệ tử vong.
To determine epidemiological characteristics of hospitalized patients with COVID-19, in Duc Giang General Hospital from May 2021 to March 2022. Methods: The design of this study was a historical retrospective and descriptive method. Results: A total of 4949 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 were included of this study 54,33% male and 45,67% female; 58,72% age group 16-60 years, 27,68% age group>60 years and 13,6% age group 0-15 years; the first hospitalized patients in May 2021 and peak of patients numbers in February 2022 (1179 cases); 22,33% critical patients and 7,68% died; There were significantly statistical relationships between age group and gender; age group and death rate (p<0,05). Conclusions: The highest patient rate occurred in the age group 16-60 years and the highest number of patients in February 2022; 22,33% critical patients and 7,68% died; There were significantly statistical relationships between age group and gender; age group and death rate.
