Model of athymic mouse bearing human colon tumor plays a key role in preclinical cancer researchs. the authors have successful implated human colon cancers under subcutanous right thing of athymic nude mice by using xenograft. Tumor mprphological characteristic analysis showed that tumor's tissue cells contained the hyperchromasia, nuclear enlargement with atypia of colorectal epithelial cells, human tumor tissue invasted muscle tissues with atypical gland tubes and blood vessel.
