
Intracranial aneurysm is common disease due to micro lesion of arterial wall because of abnormal flow in the position of intersection of the arteries. Morphology of intracranial aneurysm is important factor for indication and prognogis. Study on 124 patients with 140 aneurysm in Diagnostic Imaging Department in Bach Mai Hospital, from April 2008 to May 2010. Morphological characteristics were analysed on Digital subtraction angiography (DSA). The result showed that: rate of one aneurysm was the most common (88.9 percent), 88.6 percent aneurysm belong to front circulation area. The average size of aneurysm from 5mm to 15 mm, about 60.7 percent; smaller 5mm aneurysm: 38.6 percent, larger 15 mm aneurysm: 0.7 percent. The most common shape of aneurysm was stenosis ned.
