Đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị của thuốc Alteplase liều 0,6mg/kg ở bệnh nhân nhồi máu não cấp do tắc động mạch não giữa tại khoa cấp cứu bệnh viện Bạch Mai

Objective: to evaluate efficacy and safety of 0.6mg/kg intravenous Alteplase on patients suffering from middle cerebral artery occlusion within 3 hours of onset. Methods: a prospective, observative research on 23 patients with MCA occlusion in emergency department, Bach mai Hospital from 9/2009 to 5/2011. Results: Recanalization was noted in 30.4 percent on 24-hour MRI angiography. A favorable clinical outcome was achieved in 34.8 percent; the incidence of asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage was 8.7percent. The 3-month mortality rare was 4.3 percent. Conclusions: These findings show that the use of 0.6mg/kg intravenous Alteplase is safe and feasible in MCA occlusion.
