Đánh giá hiệu quả kỹ thuật rạch da hình bậc thang sát bờ mi trong phẫu thuật tạo hình mi dưới. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, can thiệp lâm sàng không đối chứng trên 95 mắt của 54 bệnh nhân đã được phẫu thuật tạo hình mi dưới tại Bệnh viện Mắt Nghệ An từ tháng 6/2022 đến tháng 12/2023. Kết quả: Kỹ thuật rạch da theo đường bậc thang sát bờ mi trong phẫu thuật tạo hình mi dưới được sử dụng trong phẫu thuật lấy bọng mỡ, cắt da thừa mi dưới và phẫu thuật làm đầy khuyết rãnh lệ. Với kỹ thuật này, đường rạch da sát bờ tự do ngay dưới hàng chân lông mi giúp hạn chế, che sẹo sau phẫu thuật và đường rạch hình bậc thang giúp trách biến chứng lật mi so với các kỹ thuật khác. Kết quả từ nghiên cứu cho thấy có 3,7% mắt mổ thấy rõ sẹo và mất dần sau 3 tháng mổ. Thời gian hậu phẫu, sưng nề và thâm tím trung bình là 6,15 ngày; Biến chứng sau mổ là lật mi 2,1%, phù bọng kết mạc 7,3% và khô mắt 11,6%, các biến chứng này tự cải thiện và hết sau 3 tháng mà không cần can thiệp ngoại khoa. Đánh giá chung về kết quả sau mổ chiếm 84,2 tốt sau 1 tháng và tăng lên 92,6% sau 3 tháng. Evaluating the effectiveness of the stair step incision technique close to the eyelid margin in lower eyelid surgery. Subjects and methods: Prospective study, uncontrolled clinical intervention on 95 eyes of 54 patients who had lower eyelid surgery at Nghe An Eye Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023. These complications improved spontaneously and disappeared after 3 months without surgical intervention. The overall assessment of postoperative results was 84.2 good after 1 month and increased to 92.6% after 3 months.
