
Objectives: To evaluate the effect and toxicity of paclitaxel in combined with cisplatin in the treatment of relapsed and metastatic cervical cancer at K hospital. Patients and Methods: Prospective combined retrospective descriptive study. 58 patients with relapsed and metastatic cervical cancer were treated with paclitaxel in combined with cisplatin at K hospital from January 2008 to June 2012. Results: The most common age group was 40-49 (47 percent). The most relapse interval was 12 to 24 months (39.7 percent). The most common site of recurrence was in lymph nodes (48.3 percent). Complete response rate was 25.8 percent, partial response was 39.7 percent. Response rates associated with metastatic sites. Grade 3 and 4 toxicity rate were low. Conclusions: The regimen has good efficacy and relatively safe.
