Bệnh đa phần gặp ở giai đoạn III,IV, chỉ có 19,2% ở giai đoan II. Tỉ lệ đáp ứng hoàn toàn đạt 28,9%, đáp ứng 1 phần đạt 55,4%, bệnh ổn định đạt 15,6%. Các độc tính ở mức độ cho phép: không có độc tính mức độ 4 trên hệ tạo huyết: giảm HC độ 3(3,6%),Giảm BC độ 3 cos1(1,2%), ... tại thời điểm 1 năm có 6 bệnh nhân tiến triển(7.2%), thời điểm 2 năm là 16 bệnh nhân (19.2%). Số bn có tiến triển tại chỗ, hạch vùng, và di căn xa tại thời điểm năm 1, năm 2 là (6.0%,7.2%,2,4%) và (10.8%,19.2%, 4.8%). Tại thời điểm 1 năm chưa có bn nào tử vong, tại thời điểm năm 2 có 5 bn tử vong chiếm (6.1%). Kết luận: đây là phác đồ tốt mang lại hiệu quả điều trị và tác dụng phụ trong giới hạn cho phép.
