Đánh giá kết quả điều trị u mạch máu ở trẻ em bằng propranolol

Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of using propranolol on hemagioma treatment in children. Patients and methods: Uncontrolled clinical research trials. Results: More than fifty two patients were enrolled in the study. The average age of the patients was 11 +/- 5.5 (months). More than 75 percent of the patients reduced over 50 percent of the banquet of hemagioma. 20 percent of the patients fully recovered from hemagioma. The tumor was faded away and skin pigment remained unchanged. Using propranolol brought about aesthetic effects. The treatment cost was cheap. Conclusions: Propranolo1 is effective for the treatment of hemagioma in children.
