Kiểm soát an toàn và hiệu quả dịch bệnh Covid 19 tại địa phương Quận 1 và 3- Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Đoàn hệ tiến cứu, cắt ngang, kiểm soát dịch bệnh ở địa phương an toàn và hiệu quả bằng mô hình “Quản lý và điều trị F0 của Bệnh viện Dã chiến số 6(BVDC6) tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh”. Kết quả: Số F0 mới mắc giảm. Tỷ lệ tử vong của F0 giảm. Địa phương áp dụng mô hình này khống chế được dịch bệnh Covid19, hệ số lây lan trong giai đoạn thực hiện mô hình (R02=0.79) khác biệt so với thời gian trước đó (R01=3.48) có ý nghĩa thống kê p <0.01. Kết luận: Ứng dụng mô hình “Quản lý và điều trị F0 của BVDC6 tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh” đã kiểm soát được dịch bệnh Covid 19 một cách hiệu quả và an toàn.

The application this model in the local controled the Covid19 disease, Basic Reproduction Number in the model execution phase (R02 = 0.79) is different from the previous time (R01 = 3.48), that is statistical significance p < 0.01. Conclusion: The application of the model “Management and treatment of F0 of the Field Hospital No. 6 Ho Chi Minh City " has effectively and safely controled the Covid-19 disease.
