Most of hypopadias type can be treated by one stage operation. However we had corrected some of perineo-scrotal hypopadias by two stage operation: transposition of the penis in right position and correction of penile curvature in the first stage and urethroplasty in the second stage. Objective: To present the operating technique and results. Methods: - Retrospective, descriptive study. - Subjects: Patients suffered perineo scrotal hypopadias were operated. The penis was straightening and in the right position. Duration of study: from June 2000 to May 2011 at pediatrique surgical department in Viet duc Hospital. - Indication of urethroplasty is over one year after the first stage. Operation technique: Urethroplasty by free mucosal preputial graft, free full thickness skin graft or scrotal skin flap associated island flap or free mucosal graft from prepuce. Results: - Urethroplasty was performed in 33 patients, average age: 6,7 years old. - Hypospadias type: scrotal hypopadias in 1/2 posterior 20 patients; perineal hypopadias 13 patients. Among them there were 3 true hermaphrodites, one male pseudohermaphroditism.
