35 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán và điều trị phẫu thuật nội soi lối sau tại bệnh viện Đa khoa Xanh Pôn Hà nội từ 01/2023 - 12/2023. Trong quá trình khảo sát có 05 trường hợp bệnh nhân không đến khám lại. Kết quả khảo sát được đánh giá sau mổ sớm và sau mổ 3 tháng. Tỉ lệ hồi phục được đánh giá dựa theo thang điểm JOA và tỉ lệ hồi phục RR thu được nhiều kết quả khả quan ở cả 2 nhóm bệnh nhân có chẩn đoán bệnh lý rễ và bệnh lý tủy. Tỉ lệ RR trước và sau mổ diễn tiến khá tốt sau mổ sớm là 2,8% bệnh nhân tái khám sau 3 tháng tỉ lệ này là 13,4%. Từ khóa: Thoát vị đĩa đệm cột sống cổ, phẫu thuật lối sau.
35 patients were diagnosed and treated with endoscopic spine surgery at the cervical spine posterior approach discectomy at Saint Paul General Hospital 01/2023 - 12/2023. The survey results were rated early postoperative rates and 3-month postoperative recovery rate was evaluated based on a scale of JOA recovery, rate RR gained many positive results in both the 2 groups of patients with pathologic roots and pathological spinal cord, rate before and after surgery RR good progress early postoperative follow-up of 2.8% of patients after 3 months was 13,4%.
