Đánh giá kết quả sớm phẫu thuật ung thư thận tại bệnh viện Trung ương Huế

Objectives: Assessement of the clinical and paraclinical characteristcs of renal cancer treated by surgery. Material and Methods: The research was realized on 69 patients with renal cancer treated by surgery at the Department of Urology at Hue Central Hospital from March, 2009 to Feburary, 2013. Results: There are 55 patients with flank pain (79.71 percent). Hematuria is the first symptom in 29 cases (42.03 percent). The grade of T1-T2 and T3a are 31 cases (44.93 percent) and 32 casese (46.38 percent) respectively. Renal cell carcinoma occupied 66.67 percent (46 cases). Postoperative complications is 20.29 percent.Conclusion: Radical nephrectomy gives good results. Mortality after 6 months is 4.35 percent.
