Objectives: Evaluating the effect of Levobuplvacain spinal anaesthesia by combining Fentanyl when the authors have the upstream metanephric cobble umbel endoscopic operation. Conclusions: With anesthesic drug dosage 0,05mg/cm or 5mg/m height of patients, combining 30 mcg Fentanyl is suitable for spinal anaesthesia to the upstream metanephric cobble umbel endoscopic operation.
