This research is based on surveying 88 objects who are healthcare personnels of 15 healthcare stations of Yen Chau, Son La, in combination with observating 30 vaccination sessions. Results of the survey demonstrate that 18.7 percent of all vaccination sessions don't satisfact vaccination's safety (no washing hands before realizing vaccination, healthcare personnels do not wear a mask, prepare vaccines in syringe before using, healthcare personnels touch needles, ...), 18.2 percent of healthcare personnels participle in vaccination sessions are not trained about expended vaccinations (knowledge of vaccination safety unsatisfactory, with incorrect knowledge about vaccines damaged by ice and light, or preservation and use of solvents; in addition, can not answer the purpose of using safety box, lack of knowledge about common reactions following vaccination), 8.8 percent of healthcare personnels have the knowing incorrect of injection technique. Some healthcare personnels don't even examine and classify clients or asking medical histories before vaccination). According to the survey, 85.3 percent of healthcare personnels satisfact vaccination's safety. 70.5 percent handle syringe incorrectly without safety box; 9.1 percent use safety box inexactly; 1.1 percent use their hand to close needles after using; 23.9 percent don't advice mothers about treatment after the sting in the right way, and examinations before vaccination are not realized frequently. Healthcare personnels who is doctors, assistant doctor satisfact vaccination's safety at 58.6 percent, higher than nurse, midwife and others (41.4 percent). Healthcare personnels who have more than 5 years of vaccination experiences achieved the Decisive 23/2008/QD-BYT the 07/7/2008 of the Ministry of Health at 54.8 percent, higher than whose inferior of 5 years (45.2 percent).
