Objective: Assessment of treatment outcomes of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer in Nghe An General Friendships Hospital. Methods: Retrospective study describes 52 patients with colorectal cancer treated with laparoscopic surgery in Nghe An General Friendships Hospital from January 2011 to December 2013. Result: 52 patients with colorectal cancer, laparoscopic surgery, in which 9 patients (17.31 percent) have cut half of the right colon, 2 patients (3.85 percent) cut half of the left colon, 3 patients (5, 77 percent) cut the sigmoid colon, 27 patients (51.92 percent) cut Chopped rectum and 11 patients (21.15 percent) cut rectal amputation. The 3 patients (5.8 percent) rectal anastomotic leak and 2 patients (3.8 percent) wound infection. The mean operation time was 153 + or - 41,2 minutes for all resections. The mean duration of hospitalization was 8.9 + or - 2.6 days. Conclusion: Endoscopic surgical treatment of colorectal cancer is the safest method and efficiency, shorter hospital stays, high aesthetics and still achieve the principle of treating cancer.
