Kết quả bước đầu nghiên cứu Thromboelastograph ở bệnh nhân Hemophilia

Objective: The research on changes of Thromboelastograph in patients with Hemophilia. Materials and methods: 71 patients with Hemophilia, including 59 Hemophilia A, 12 Hemophilia B. In this group of 71 patients, 39 had severe Hemophilia, 23 had moderate Hemophilia and 9 had mild Hemophilia.Results: 85.9 percent had prolonged R, 60.56 percent had prolonged K, 73.24 percent had narrowded a angle , 73.24 percent had decreased CI. There was a moderate inverse correlation between concentration of VIII factor and R, K in Hemophilia A patients; a inverse correlation between the level of of IX factor and R, K in Hemophilia B patients. Concentration of VIII factor was in moderate positive correlation with CI , a angle in Hemophilia A patients. Concentration of IX factor was in inverse positive correlation with CI, a angle in Hemophilia B patients.
