Phòng khám đa khoa Linh Xuân là đơn vị trực thuộc Bệnh viện Thành phố Thủ Đức, hoạt động từ năm 2017, nằm tại nơi tập trung đông dân cư và các khu công nghiệp. Qua báo cáo bước đầu cho thấy hiệu quả của việc triển khai mô hình PKĐK vệ tinh nhưng chưa phản ánh toàn diện hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh. Do đó, nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mô tả thực trạng cung cấp dịch vụ khám bệnh, chữa bệnh tại PKĐK Linh Xuân, BV thành phố Thủ Đức giai đoạn 01/2019 – 6/2022 góp phần trong việc hoạch định và phát triển Phòng khám. Phương pháp: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, thu thập số liệu thứ cấp từ các báo cáo về hoạt động của PKĐK Linh Xuân năm 2019-2022. Kết quả và kết luận: Số lượt KCB không ổn định: năm 2019 là 168.835 lượt (463 lượt/ngày), năm 2020 giảm xuống 148.921 lượt (408 lượt/ngày) và năm 2021 giảm mạnh 43% còn 96.228 lượt (263 lượt/ngày), 6 tháng đầu năm 2022 có xu hướng tăng (431 lượt/ngày). Tỷ lệ KCB BHYT cao từ 87,5% đến 92,4% qua các năm. Đa số lượt KCB là nội khoa, nhi và tai mũi họng. Các chuyên khoa lẻ ít được thực hiện nhưng có xu hướng tăng nhẹ vì vậy phòng khám đa khoa Linh Xuân cần đầu tư phát triển phòng khám chuyên khoa như: răng hàm mặt, tai mũi họng, mắt, da liễu. Số lượt cận lâm sàng là 82.555 lượt năm 2019, giảm xuống 76.541 lượt năm 2020 (giảm 7,3% so với 2019) và giảm mạnh xuống 48.052 năm 2021 (giảm tới 41,8%) và tăng lên trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2022, (tăng 8,6% so với 6 tháng đầu năm 2019). Tỷ lệ hài lòng tăng dần theo các năm và cao nhất là tiêu chí hài lòng về thái độ, năng lực chuyên môn của NVYT đạt từ 85,6% - 90,5% và tỷ lệ bệnh nhân dự kiến quay lại đạt 90,6%.
Linh Xuan Clinic (Medical Examination Department 3) belongs to Thu Duc City Hospital operating since 2017 and located in a densely populated area with several industrial zones. The initial report showed the effectiveness of the implementation of the satellite Clinic model, but it has not fully reflected the provision of medical examination and treatment services. Therefore, this study was conducted to describe the current situation of providing medical examination and treatment services at Linh Xuan Clinic, Thu Duc City Hospital in the period from January 2019 to June 2022, contributing to the planning and development of the clinic. Methodology: Designed a cross-sectional descriptive study, collected secondary data from reports on activities of Linh Xuan Clinic during 2019-2022. Results and conclusions: The number of medical treatment cases is unstable: in 2019 it was 168,835 (463 visits/day); in 2020 it decreased to 148,921 (408 visits/day); in 2021 it dropped sharply by 43% to 96,228 (263 visits/day) /day); and during the first 6 months of 2022, it tended to increase (431 turns/day). Percentage of visits covered by health insurance had increased from 87.5% to 92.4% over the years. Most of the visits were internal medicine, pediatrics and otolaryngology. The other medical specialties were rarely needed, but tended to increase slightly; therefore, Linh Xuan Clinic needs to invest in developing specialized clinics such as: maxillofacial, otolaryngology, eye, dermatology. The number of subclinical visits was 82,555 in 2019, decreased to 76,541 in 2020 (by 7.3% compared to 2019), sharply decreased to 48,052 in 2021 (down to 41.8%), but increased again in the first 6 monthd of 2022 (by 8.6% compared to the first 6 months of 2019). Satisfaction rate gradually increased over the years and the highest was the satisfaction criterion on attitude, technical capability of medical staffs, ranging from 85.6% to 90.5%; and the proportion of patients expected to return reached 90, 6%.
