It is difficult for clinical doctor to diagnosis and treat this disease. The study was to assess the brain abscess treatments in ENT, brain abscess treatments result in correlating with CT Scan. The result showed that 20 patients underwent surgered by way an punture approach since 2005 with successful ratio of 90 percent. In conclusion, brain abscess punture approach in coopporate with radical mastoidetomy was safe, effective method. CT Scan was an important method in diagnosis, treatment brain abscess as well as monitor com plication of surgery.
