
The study was to determine the rate of persistent trophoblast after surgery and identify some risk factors for persistent trophoblast. The results showed that, the number of patients cured was 71 cases, accounted for 91 percent of patients with persistent trophoblast as seven cases accounted for 9 percent. All seven cases of persistent trophoblast were treated with MTX, in which 5 cases were treated with a dose of MTX up 71.42 percent. Factors such as age, history of previous surgery, adnexal mass and BetahCG levels not related to persistent trophoblast. In conclusions, the rate of persistent trophoblast after laparoscopic surgery was 9.2 percent. Age, history of ectopic pregnancy, pelvic surgical, adnexal mass; gestational age at surgery, BetahCG levels before surgery no complications related to persistent trophoblast.
