Soft tissue defects of the wrist, hand are a commom clinical problem that is often secondary to trauma. Successful soft-tissue reconstruction provides acritical mean for functional recovery of the hand and still represents a formidable challenge to the plastic surgeon. Fasciocutaneous flaps are good material which are often chosen because they adjust those requirements. By studying 59 cases of soft tissue defects of the wrist, hand were covered by fasciocutaneous flaps at Da Nang Hospital (19982011). Those flaps are suitable material to covere in soft tissue defects of the wrist, hand.
