Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 60 bệnh nhân để đánh giá kết quả sau điều trị của nhổ răng khôn gây mê tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2022. Kết quả: Trên 95% bệnh nhân có lo lắng ít và vừa trước phẫu thuật. Về triệu chứng sưng đau, đa số sưng đau ít (trên 90%), sau 1 ngày cũng như 3 ngày hậu phẫu. Đánh giá về các triệu chứng khác: tê bì hết hoàn toàn sau 3 ngày theo dõi, không có trường hợp nào sốt. 100% hình thành cục máu đông trong ngày đầu tiên. Tuy nhiên còn một sô trường hợp gỉ máu nhẹ. Kết luận: Đa số bệnh nhân nhổ răng khôn gây mê tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội có kết quả tốt, ít biến chứng.
A cross-sectional study on 60 patients to evaluate the post-treatment results of wisdom tooth extraction under general anesthesia at Hanoi Medical University Hospital in 2022. Result: Over 95% of patients had mild to moderate anxiety before surgery. Regarding symptoms of swelling and pain, most of the patients had light pain (over 90%) after the first day and the third day. Evaluation of other symptoms: numbness completely disappeared after 3 days of follow-up, there was no case of fever. 100% of patients had clot formation within the first day. However, there are a few cases of mild bleeding. Conclusion: The majority of patients who suffered from wisdom tooth extraction under general anesthesia at Hanoi Medical University Hospital had good results and few complications.
