
Different surgical procedures of corporoplasty have been described for correcting congenital penile curvature. The authors present result in patients treated with Yachia corporoplasty for congenital penile cuniature. Materials and Methods: Twenty-six patients with congenital penis deviation were treated for penile deviation by Yachia procedure from 02/2009- 02/2012. Mean age was 25.3 + or - 6.8 years in the group. The preoperative penile deviation angle was 25o in all patients. The main symptom of congenital penile curvature is difficulty in vaginal intromission. Average follow-up was 3 months and 36 months, respectively. Resultsut: Overall 22 of the 26 patients (84.61 percent) were successfully treated. Penile shortening (mean: 1.6 cm + or - 0.8 cm) was common late complications. Conclusions: The results indicate that this Yachia procedure offers good functional and cosmetic results. Most patients were satisfied with the penile angle correction results. There were no cases of ED secondary to the Yachia procedure.
