
Objective: Evaluation results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy by gallstones in Nghe an General Friendship Hospital. Matrials and Methods: Retrospective descriptive study combined a prospective of 264 patients with by gallstones laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2009 to December 2013 in Nghe an General Friendship Hospital. Results: from January 2009 to December 2013, two Hundred and sixty four patients were laparoscopic surgery for treatment by gallstones. Female/Male ratio was 2.18, average age was 52 x 18(18-85), 44 cases (26.8 percent) with a history of previous abdominal surgery. Mean operative time was 58.36 x 16.4 (30-120) minutes; There are 2 cases (0.75) to convert to open surgery, 2 cases (0.75 percent) lesions in biliary surgery, 1 case (0.37 percent) residual abscess and 2 cases of postoperative infection troca hole. Hospital stay was 3.6 + or - 0.8 (2-4) days. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery cholecystectomy gallstone treatment gives better results and become routine, less complications and no deaths during and after surgery.
