Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật tạo hình nếp mi trên bằng đường rạch tối thiểu. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả tiến cứu loạt ca bệnh trên 50 người Việt trưởng thành được phẫu thuật tạo hình nếp mi trên bằng đường rạch tối thiểu tại Khoa Phẫu thuật tạo hình Bệnh viện Bạch Mai và Bệnh viện Đa khoa Hòe Nhai từ tháng 01/2023 đến tháng 7/2024. Kết quả: Sau 2 tuần phẫu thuật: 100% người bệnh hết tím đỏ, sưng nề, không có biến chứng chảy/rỉ máu, nhiễm trùng tại chỗ. Sau 3 tháng phẫu thuật phẫu thuật: đa số đạt kết quả điều trị tốt (98%), tỷ lệ hài lòng với phẫu thuật cao (98%), không xuất hiện các biến chứng lệch nếp mi, mất nếp mi, sụp mi và mắt nhắm không kín tuy nhiên có duy nhất 1 trường hợp (2%) được phẫu thuật lại theo đường mổ toàn bộ do xuất hiện nhiều nếp mi. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật tạo hình nếp mi trên bằng đường rạch tối thiểu cho kết quả tốt, đạt sự hài lòng cao và không xuất hiện biến chứng đáng kể.
To evaluate the outcomes of upper eyelid crease surgery using a minimal incision technique. Subjects and Methods: A prospective descriptive case series study was conducted on 50 Vietnamese adults who underwent upper eyelid crease surgery with a minimal incision at the Plastic Surgery Department of Bach Mai Hospital and Hoe Nhai General Hospital from January 2023 to July 2024. Results: Two weeks post-surgery, all patients (100%) showed resolution of redness and swelling, with no complications such as bleeding or local infection. Three months post-surgery, most patients (98%) achieved good treatment outcomes, with a high satisfaction rate (98%). There were no complications such as crease asymmetry, crease loss, ptosis, or incomplete eyelid closure. However, one case (2%) required revision surgery using a full incision technique due to the appearance of multiple creases. Conclusion: Upper eyelid crease surgery using a minimal incision technique provides good results, high patient satisfaction, and no significant complications.
