Đánh giá kết quả thay khớp háng bán phần chuôi dài không xi măng ở bệnh nhân trên 80 tuổi gãy liên mấu chuyển xương đùi tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu, mô tả cắt ngang, ở 37 bệnh nhân trên 80 tuổi gãy liên mấu chuyển xương đùi, được phẫu thuật thay khớp háng bán phần không xi măng tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội, lấy hồ sơ bệnh án, thu thập thông tin theo bệnh án nghiên cứu, đánh giá kết quả lâm sàng và Xquang sau mổ. Kết quả: Kết quả lâm sàng theo thang điểm Harris trung bình đạt 80,75 ± 9,48, tốt và rất tốt là 64,86%. Kết quả X quang sau mổ: độ áp khít chuôi khớp trên 80% chiếm tỷ lệ 97,3%; chênh lệch chiều dài chi < 1cm chiếm 83,78 %. Thời gian nằm viện sau phẫu thuật trung bình là 6,7 ± 1,19 ngày. Thời gian tập đi lại chịu trọng lực trung bình là 5,05 ± 1 ngày. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật thay khớp háng bán phần chuôi dài không xi măng điều trị gãy liên mấu chuyển xương đùi là một trong những giải pháp hiệu quả cho người cao tuổi.
Intertrochanteric fractures (ITF) are quitely common. Hip arthroplasty is recommended for unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly with severe osteoporosis, making patients early rehabilitate and reduce duration of hospitalization. Aim: The aim of our study is evaluating the clinical of result of cementless bipolar long stem hemiarthroplasty in treatment for ITF in patients over the age of 80 years at Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Methods: Between 01/2018 and 12/2022, 37 patients who had ITF were over 80 years old and was treated with bipolar long stem hemiarthroplasty at Hanoi Medical University Hospital, were included in our retrospective study. These patients were researched medical records, evaluated clinicals and radiologicals. Results: The average Harris point at the end was 80,75 ± 9,48, with good and very good result in 64,86% of patients. Mean post-operative stay was 6,7 ± 1,19 days. Mean weight-bearing time was 5,05 ± 1 days. Conclusion: Cementless bipolar long stem hemiarthroplasty is a favorable treatment option for intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients.
