Mẫu nghiên cứu cây Cà đắng thu hái tại Đắk Lắk, qua kết quả phân tích hình thái, giải phẫu thực vật, đối chiếu với tài liệu tham khảo đã xác định tên khoa học của nguyên liệu nghiên cứu là Solanum incanum L.. Đánh giá hoạt tính chống oxy hóa của dịch chiết phân đoạn bằng phương pháp DPPH và xanthin oxidase, kết quả chiết xuất cồn 96% của hoa, quả xanh, quả chín vàng và phân đoạn ethyl axetat cho thấy hoạt tính chống oxy hóa mạnh ở nồng độ 62,5 μg/ml. Đây là kết quả công bố đầu tiên đã xác định được tên khoa học và hoạt tính chống oxy hóa của Cà đắng, cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu ban đầu về nghiên cứu và phát triển dược liệu của tỉnh Đắk Lắk.
The results of morphological and anatomical plant analysis, compared with references, have determined that the scientific name of the research material collected in Dak Lak province is Solanum incanum L.. Evaluation of antioxidant activity of fractional extracts by DPPH and Xanthin Oxidase methods, the results of alcohol extraction of 96% of flowers, green fruits, yellow ripe fruits and ethyl acetate fraction showed strong antioxidant activity at the concentration of 62.5 μg/ml. This is the first published result that has determined the scientific name and antioxidant activity of “bitter eggplant”, providing the initial database on research and development of medicinal herbs of Dak Lak province.
