Điều tra mô tả cắt ngang trên 420 thuyền viên Việt Nam trên tàu quốc tế tại cảng Nghi Sơn năm 2021 nhằm mô tả kiến thức và thực hành của thuyền viên về phòng chống dịch COVID-19. Chọn mẫu thuận tiện, sử dụng bộ câu hỏi tự điền để thu thập số liệu. Kết quả: các thuyền viên trên tàu quốc tế có kiến thức đạt khá cao về các biện pháp phòng ngừa COVIF-19 (82,1%). Điểm thực hành cao nhất của thuyền viên là thường xuyên đeo khẩu trang khi tàu cập cảng (94,8%). Số lượng thuyền viên muốn tiêm phòng vaccine COVID-19 chiếm tỷ lệ 87,8%. Số thuyền viên nghĩ rằng các biện pháp phòng chống dịch trên tàu đạt hiệu quả ở mức trung bình chiếm 57,4%. Đề xuất bổ sung thêm quần áo phòng chống dịch Covid chỉ chiếm 40,5%.
A cross-sectional descriptive survey of 420 Vietnamese crew members/sailor on board international ships at Nghi Son port, Thanh Hoa province in 2021 to describe knowledge and practices of COVID-19 prevention and control. The survey is conducted using convenient sampling method, such as self-completed questionnaires to collect data. Research results show that crew members on international ships have quite high knowledge about COVID-19 prevention measures (82.1%). The highest practice score that crew members achieved is on a regular basis, always wearing masks when the ship docks (94.8%). The percentage of seafarers who want to be vaccinated against COVID-19 account for the largest proportion with (87.8%). The percentage of seafarers who thought the epidemic prevention measures on board was effective is at average (57.4%). Provision of additional clothes to prevent the covid epidemic only accounts for 40.5%.
