
The study was conducted with 67 faculty members. Objectives: 1. To describe faculty's feedback on the content of OSPEs for two subjects of Skills training of Internal Medicine and Surgery. 2. To find faculty's opinions about organizational forms OSPEs for two subjects at Hanoi Medical University. Subjects and methods: Lecturers of skills training in HMU. Research methodology: cross-sectional descriptive. Results: Content of OSPEs were clear (98.5 percent). Question of knowledge consisted with the content and learning objectives (94 percent). Materials evaluated fully appropriate (92.5 percent, 91 percent). Organization was very good (97 percent). The cooporation between all departments was very good (100 percent). OSPEs have validity and reliability to assess skills for students (97 percent) and should be held regularly (98.5 percent). Conclusion: Skills assessment by OSPEs for two subjects already consisted with the content and learning objectives. OSPEs organization had been done well. The majority of teachers were satisfied with assessment skills by OSPEs.
