Results and discussions: The average age 32-43 years (17.5 percent 15 years. The typ infection 47.5 percent, fibrous 45 percent, the forme adenokystic 5 percent, with atypical strome 2.5 percent. It is not the forme polyp acid. The irifection is causal of polyp Killian,but the aile rgic it is not. The mens is the form oedema and fibrous, and wemens is a form adenokystic. Conclusion: There are semilary of the diagnostic of the polyp Killian of histopathologic with the operation.
