Perforator flap and thoracodorsal arterial perforator flap is widely used in the world recent years. Nevertheless in Vietnam both of these have never been more applications. During the period time 2009-2013 the authors have 32 applications thoracodorsal arterial perforator flap to treat for 32 patients that have retractable scar caused by sequelae of burn at National Burns Institute and Burns - Plastic surgery department of Cho Ray Hospital. Mostly flaps alive very well post operation, 1 flap was necrosis at the distal end, the activities of the shoulder joint improved well. Throughoursurgical processwe forcibleraisedsome experiences in operation and havest the flaps.
