Continuous medical training is always associated with the history of birth and development of the medical profession. To describe the current status of continuous training and analyze some factors related to continuous training at Binh Duong General Hospital in 2022-2023. Materials and Methods: The study used a cross-sectional descriptive analytical design, combining quantitative and qualitative sampling methods, with 218 doctors and representatives of the Board of Directors and leaders of the Accounting department. General planning, leaders of the Department of Personnel Organization, group discussion with 06 leadership representatives of the department/department and 06 physician representatives. The study will be implemented from February 2023 to June 2023 at Binh Duong Provincial General Hospital. Results: 90.4% of doctors received continuous training, 78.9% of doctors understood continuous training, 69.3% of doctors understood the correct number of classes to study. Doctors with practice certificates tend to participate in more continuing education courses than the other group. There are differences in participation in continuous training between age groups, seniority, gender, education, and rank of doctors. Doctors' difficulties are related to lack of medicine and lack of skills. Conclusions: Continuous training at hospitals is facing difficulties due to lack of drugs and lack of skills of doctors. Doctors with practice certificates are more aware of continuous training than doctors without certificates. work.
