Đánh giá sự thay đổi kiến thức về phòng bệnh viêm gan virus B của người dân sau can thiệp giáo dục sức khỏe tại xã Trung Nguyên, huyện Yên Lạc, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc năm 2018. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu Nghiên cứu can thiệp không đối chứng có so sánh trước và sau được tiến hành trên 198 người dân từ 18 tuổi trở lên ở từ tháng 01/2018 đến hết tháng 06/2018. Kết quả Điểm trung bình kiến thức tăng có ý nghĩa thống kê đạt 28,10 ± 3,14 điểm ngay sau can thiệp và còn duy trì khá cao sau can thiệp 3 tháng với 23,45 ± 3,40 điểm so với 16,88 ± 4,79 điểm ở trước can thiệp (p<0,05). Ngay sau can thiệp tỷ lệ người dân có kiến thức đạt cũng tăng lên rõ rệt với 91,4% và còn duy trì ở mức 63,6% sau can thiệp 3 tháng so với 16,7% trước can thiệp (p<0,01). Kết luận Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy vai trò quan trọng của tư vấn truyền thông - giáo dục sức khỏe và sự cần thiết phải nhân rộng chương trình can thiệp giáo dục sức khỏe này ra cộng đồng và thực hiện thường quy để duy trì kiến thức đúng về phòng bệnh viêm gan virus B.
Assessment of changes in people’s knowledge about hepatitis B prevention after health education intervention in Trung Nguyen commune, Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province in 2018. Method An uncontrolled intervention study with pre and post comparison was conducted on 198 people aged 18 years and over who stayed f-rom January 2018 to the end of June 2018. Results Results showed that the average score of knowledge increased and statistically significant at 28.10 ± 3.14 points after the intervention and remained high after 3 months of intervention with 23, 45 ± 3.40 points compared with 16.88 ± 4.79 points before intervention (p <0.05). Immediately after health education, the percentage of people with knowledge has increased significantly with 91.4% and remained at 63.6% after 3 months of intervention compared to 16.7% before intervention (p <0.01). Conclusion Results show the important role of communication counseling - health education and the need to scale up this health education intervention program to the community and routine implementation to maintain proper knowledge about hepatitis B prevention.
