Bào chế được vi hạt che vị đắng chứa cefuroxim axetil (CFA) và cốm pha hỗn dịch uống che vị đắng chứa CFA 150 mg ở quy mô phòng thí nghiệm. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Vi hạt chứa CFA được bào chế bằng phương pháp đun chảy với acid stearic và tá dược thích hợp khác; cốm pha hỗn dịch uống chứa CFA được bào chế từ vi hạt CFA và các tá dược của hỗn dịch. Kết quả: Vi hạt CFA và cốm pha hỗn dịch chứa vi hạt CFA đã giảm được nồng độ CFA giải phóng trong môi trường phân tán (giảm vị đắng) đồng thời đạt tiêu chuẩn độ hòa tan theo Dược điển Mỹ USP 43-NF 38.
To prepare taste-masked cefuroxime acetil (CFA) microparticles and a taste-masked dry oral suspension containing 150 mg CFA on the laboratory scale. Methods: Microparticles containing CFA were prepared by melting method with stearic acid and other suitable excipients; the dry oral suspension containing CFA was prepared from CFA microparticles and excipients of the suspension. Results: CFA microparticles and dry oral suspension reduced the concentration of CFA released in the dispersion medium (reduced bitterness) and met the dissolution requirement according to USP 43-NF 38.
